San Antonio based AT&T has agreed to return 2,000 outsourced broadband related jobs, including some that were shifted overseas, to the company payroll, reports the San Antonio Express News. After negotiations with the Communications Workers of America, AT&T decided to shift 800 outside contracting jobs into union-represented company positions, and bring some 1,200 customer service jobs, many of which were in India, back to the United States.
